Hello all,

I’m in my early fifties and have had crohns since 1993…..

I have avoided surgery but it has impacted

my life like it does for most , pain…incontinence.. and currently severe

upper gastric agony.

Generally I watch myself to avoid triggers

but past 2 weeks my stomach is upset as hell.

I’m getting the burning sensation and the washing machine feeling with awful nausea.

Plus the gut – brain axis is in full swing , for

many years I have been diagnosed with panic…
