Had a bowel resection 3 years ago

Hey- can I please get some advise
A few days ago I was bending over cleaning well scrubbing the sofa and I felt my intestine turn over/ twist pain was so intense took my breath away and thought I would pass out I got myself straight up and it flipped back and I was fine. Has anyone experienced this? I have since also had pain in the join where I had a bowel resection the anastomosis??
