Overwhelmed
Things are happening this year and are happening fast. I am not only overwhelmed but scared. Have had a handful of hypertensive urgency/emergency the past 5 years but now it is escalating. Once in December 2023 and 3 times in February 2024 I had hypertensive crisis and went to the ER my systolic being 200+. Followed up with PCP. He started me in a third BP medication. We worked together to try to lower my BP to an acceptable level, it’s not working. Have had swelling in my calves/ankles/feet…
