My VA gastro says Vedolizamab – But I’ve read it may not work ..Anyone know ?

Very tired but diagnosed as mild to moderate chrons
My Va gastro keeps saying it’s the safest
maybe because i have a stent in my heart ?
Don’t know
So confusing.
When I do the EN ensure nutrition ..the diahreaa goes completely away though
calprotectin went from 169 -190
