Hello

I have crohns disease (ileum and perianal). I’ve failed adalimumab and after trying to persevere with Infliximab for 9 months, have now failed Infliximab. I have an anal fistula with seton in place, but this has had to be replaced twice in less that 6 months due to breakdown of the seton or my perianal area due to frequent incontinence and frequent bowel movements.

My surgeon has discussed a temporary ileostomy. I’m wanting to know people’s experiences of this and if you found this…
