IV of stem cells?

Hello I have come across a number of stories stating they did an IV of stem cells for crohns and it either greatly reduced their symptoms or completely erased the disease. Has anyone tried an IV of stem cells for crohns? I have been on remicade now hulio along with working with Wellness Way for supplements and diet options Gluten free no sugar (miserable diet). I have had crohns for about 4 years now. Looking for other options…….
