Biologic or Surgery ?

I was diagnosed with Crohn’s in 2018. Was on Humira for 3 years. Then on Stelara now for 3 years. Having a colonoscopy this Wednesday, then my GI and I will decide what to do based on my colonoscopy results. My GI talks about surgery, but I do not want surgery unless all other options have been considered. Could I get a different biologic since my Stelara is no longer effective ?
