Over 4 years on Stelara
My son started Stelara in 2021, and within 6 months ESR and fecal calprotectin were back to normal. Some time later, MRI and colonoscopy were normal.
Since then, there’s been some lingering occasional abdominal pain, but even that has tapered off over time.
The only noticeable side effect that I can think of is perhaps some elevated seasonal allergies, although we’re not entirely sure.
