Newly diagnosed as of June 2025

Hi there,

After a random stint in the ER which lead to a hospital admission, multiple tests, exams, blood draws, and ingesting nasty oral drinks… I was told I officially have Crohns. I have had many other health issues and being given this diagnosis has been taking a very hard toll on me. I have my follow up tomorrow and am unsure if I am more eager or anxious. I have a list of questions written down but am open to any additional thoughts or information I can add to my list and knowledge.
