New here, new to Crohn’s. As of June ‘25.

I’m not sure but it seems that the initial diagnostic flare up is the worst, in general. At least I hope so. 4 hospitalizations since June 11th.
Several abscesses and fistulas. And 25lbs lost , down to 200 lb.
Any suggestions on how to get these leaking fistula openings to close up or maybe control the leaking better so I can do something besides lay down and sit on toilet?
