Please help! Concerns over anus being removed

Last March I had a J Pouch take down, permanent ostomy put in, and most of my rectum removed. Now in 2020 I have to have the last 2-3 inches of rectum and anus removed that the surgeon left in and sewn up because it’s releasing mucous/fluid into my scar tissue, causing painful inclusion cysts. They’re going in through the bottom and most of the “heavy” work has already been done. My main concerns are the anus part. What kind of pain can I expect, for how long, sitting, leakage, and…
