Vomiting/ stomach bug/ stricture advice please

Hello everyone, it’s been a while, due to a long period of remission thanks to Stelara and careful diet. The POTS/ dysautonomia also improved to the point I can do things like shopping and much of normal life again (acupuncture and herbal medicine).
Sadly I’m now back with a problem. Sudden onset stomach pain nine days ago which led to throwing up that night and every time I tried to eat for a week. No diarrhoea. Wasn’t too worried at first as there has been a sickness bug doing the rounds…
