Am I crazy?

I feel like I am losing my mind a little. I went in for a routine colonoscopy. I am a 46 year old female. I was not expecting anything because there is no history of anything and I have no digestion issues. It is just the new age to get them done.
Thay being said, I woke up with the doctor saying a ulcer was found in my cecum. He biopsied it and will follow up. The labs says
