Atypical presentation?

Hi all,
I am new to this forum.. Not sure if I actually have Crohn’s disease or not. I was sick with high fevers for about 3 months with elevated CRP and ESR levels. I’ve had an extremely extensive work up done and nothing was positive except for an ANA and Saccharomyces Cerevisiae IGg the IGa was negative. I do get mouth sores quite often. Other than the sores, fevers and fatigue no other abdominal symptoms. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Also, does anyone happen to know what it…
