Can’t turn around a flare – advice
Thanks in advance for any advice. My daughter is in a flare and nothing seems to be bringing it down. What is / should be next ?
Background. She was diagnosed with Crohn’s in Jan 2022. We started treatment with prednisone and infliximab, and she responded well and went into remission fairly quickly. By 4 months post-diagnosis, fecal calpro was down to 53, dropping to 15 over the summer. She was doing very well in the first 6 months. Unfortunately, she built antibodies in the Fall…
