Chronic Elevated CRP

I’m frustrated. I was diagnosed in 2018 as having Chrons disease. Im currently on STELARA. My CRP has been slightly elevated since diagnosis except for 2 times when it was normal. I asked my GI doctor if I should be concerned and she told me if I wanted more testing done to see my GP and her run more tests. My other inflammatory marker is always normal. Should I be concerned? Right now my CRP is 11.4. In February is 8.8.
