Cream of Rice

I have Crohn’s disease and bile acid malabsorption and gastritis and GERD.

Can I replace the plain white rice in the BRAT diet with Cream of Rice. I am sick right now so I am starting to eat the white rice. But I also have dental issues, so I can only chew on one side of my mouth and I am looking for a softer alternative which would be the Cream of Rice. Thank you so much for your help.
