Crohnie with insane Bilirubin over 100

Hey guys.
I wonder if anyone else has an issue with insane high bilirubin levels. I was diagnosed with Gilberts back in 2019 during a military draft when I had around 30 μmol/l (normal 3–17 μmol/l). After my Crohn diagnosis and immediate surgery (illeum resection) in 2022 my bilirubin went through the roof! Normaly I have around 80-110 μmol/l! The doctors are clueless about it and dont recommend me anything to lower it down. They say its okay. But people stare at me weird ALL THE TIME…
