Crohns disease and Lactose Intolerance

Hi, I was Diagnosed with Crohns disease in my early 30’s and have been dealing with it for the last 36 years. When i turned 60 my Gastroenterologist diagnosed me with Lactose intolerance. Yes I know I hit the jackpot! Anyway these last few years i have changed a lot of my food for non dairy lactose free products.
