Crohns …rectal foam?

Hello,
I was diagnosed with Crohn’s 1.5 years ago and was put on Entocort and sulfasalazine. Eventually tapered off entocort and have been on sulfasalazine only, except for 5 days course of prednisone 4 months ago following alot of vomiting and stomach pain.
For the last week, my rectal/anal pain has been very bothersome. No energy and hurts to sit.
Has anyone tried entocort/Budesonide foam enemas?
I had a colonoscopy and MRI of abdomen 4…
