Entyvio Not Working?? 8 weeks in

Was diagnosed with Crohn’s in August of 2024. I’ve been on Low Dose Naltrexone (and experienced some improvement! but not quite enough) since then. Finally found the right doctor I trusted for treatment this November and started Entyvio in December.

I just hit the 8-week mark and I have had my first three loading doses… I’ve heard around 6 weeks people start feeling significant improvements. I am not really feeling any improvements?? Last week had blood in stool twice and haven’t had that…
