Fitness after 2 years of the flare (short summary)

Guys, I’ve been pretty lucky the past two years. I’ve been diagnosed, treated with prednisone and then switched to remicade. Now on remsima (remicade but in small subcutaneus shots) and I’ve also gained weight. Went from 19 BMI to 27 and now back to 25.2 BMI. I went down intentionally from overweight since I started training and looking more closely at my diet. The main reason was to lessen the eczema symtpoms (which i suspect are from remsima) although i have had eczema before but not this…
