Managing setons
I was diagnosed with Crohns back in October 2023 and then had surgery in January 2024 for a perianal abscess, where I have had 3 setons inserted. The crohns is somewhat under control, however any bowel movements I have are sudden and if I need to go, well, I have to go.My main problem is the setons.
