New to Remicade – awesome but side effects

Looking for some experience here. I’ve had my first 2 induction doses of Remicade. Life altering!!!! Less bleeding. No diarrhea. Able to go out and do life stuff. I am tired for about 2 days after. Here’s my question- this time around day 5 I got bad vertigo. Wash day it improves and is almost gone now. Anyone have this?
