No Flare up but Crohn’s not under control?

Hi everyone. It has been few years since I last wrote here. It seems when something new with my Crohn’s happens I come back looking for advice. This forum has been good to me. I’m grateful as I am still the only person in my family with it so I really have no one who has it to talk to about it with.

Super quick backstory:
I was diagnosed in October 2017 with mild Crohn’s, hospitalized in October 2019 because of it and was told that my Crohn’s is moderate to severe. Started taking Humira…
