Osteoporosis medications

Hi – I am a 50 yr old, female with Crohn’s. Diagnosed 12 years ago. I was recently diagnosed with osteoporosis (spine T-score -2.7; left hip -2.1; right hip -2.6). I took prednisone for Crohn’s disease when first diagnosed. I take calcium supplements, but do not consume much calcium. My Crohn’s disease has been quite severe, leading to severe malnutrition and surgery to remove part of my intestine. I currently take Humira which seems to be working.
