Recently got paradoxical palmar plantar pustular psoriasis (PPPP) and plaque psoriasis (PP) after 7 years on Humira. The Humira also stopped working. I am being switched to Skyrizi as it is not anti-TNF. Hoping that different mechanism/inflammatory target will work. My PPPP improved some just stopping the Humira (actually Idacaio – the third Humira biosimilar I have been on due to insurance requirements).
