red blood count

hello .
yeah my iron stores level is at 135
and the iron medication ripped my guts apart so they got stopped.
I’m assuming the doc is probably going to offer iv iron. But I’m suffering bad affects
of this issue….acute fatigue, badly upset stomach and blurry vision.
my stools are clear so I’m assuming a slow bleed in the stomach or could the crohns
be causing iron malabsorption.
I’m just looking for some advice here on
how to combat this atm….
