Skin under flange issue

I’ve been dealing with a fungal infection behind the flange for 6 months now, tried all powders, creams available. Have had two runs of xxx and countless days of taking off the bag for air help. I’m at my wits end, nothing works, I’ve switched from coloplast to hollister and still no relief. My photos are graphic. I know I can’t be the only one so all suggestions welcome to help us all.
