Chronic sinus infection related to chrons meds? Need advice!

Hello, just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and could offer any advice… I started amgevita (adalimumab) for treatment of my chrons about 3 years ago. Around the same time I started getting prolonged sinus infections and I’ve since had two sinus surgeries, most recently October 2024. I continue to have ongoing sinus infection which comes with a lot of issues that really impact my quality of life. I know that sinus infections are a known side effect of taking biologics however…
