Is this getting worse?

Hi newbie here
So just been diagnosed with MILD crohns and also bile acid malabsorption. I’ve noticed tummy probs getting a bit worse recently- can’t eat as much , lost a few pounds ( need to!) and volume of food I can eat decreased . Are these signals that this is potentially worsening ? I have ulcers in terminal and distal ileum
But not on meds as not any bad symptoms apart from the ones mentioned . Am on colesavalem which is a life saver as regards loo trips
