Crohns disease and Greater Trochanteric Pain Syndrome link

Hi i have Crohns and recently the last 4 weeks o was diagnosed with Greater Trochanteric Pain Syndrome, i was just curious if there is many other peolle with both these conditions. Are they linked and what is the best way to recover from the pain as you cant take anti inflammatory pills.
