enlarged liver/spleen pyloric ulcer

Long history of Crohns:
Ct Scan shows no inflammation, but enlarged liver/spleen and possible pyloric ulcer. Blood work all normal. Only meds I take is a bile suppressor. Ileum/Cecum removed 7 years ago and have had no issues till now.
Just curious how liver/spleen pyloric are now showing issues, but blood work is all good and no inflammation showing on scans??? Have not spoken with Dr yet about results, any thoughts appreciated.
