I was diagnosed with Crohn’s in 2009. Began Pentasa at that time. Major bleed in 2015 and had a small bowel resection. No bleeding since then, but my bleeding risk, measured by the Calprotectin stool test for intestinal inflammation, has been increasing for the past few years.
