I’m a 58 year old man who has lived with Ulcerative Colitis for most of my adult life.
Today, I am an ostomate.

This disease has taken a heavy toll on my body and my life. There were many moments when it felt overwhelming, physically and emotionally. No one should ever have to endure what this illness can do to a person. And yet, I know so many of you are facing the same struggles right now.
