Ileocecal valve removed

Hi anyone have any GOOD results from having their ileocecal valve removed? Had mine removed 6 weeks ago along with cecum appendix and 50cm small intestine. Symptoms are bloating wind and diarrhea often urgent. Any suggestions to ease the symptoms?
