Onto the 5th biologic – Skyrizi alone or with Humira??
So here we are 8 months later. We decided to see how the change from Humira to Simlandi went before switching up Entyvio to Skyrizi. He’s been feeling great; labs are great; Calpro is lowest it’s ever been. Scopes today show active inflammation in rectum and cecum still. Now his doctor is saying to switch to skyrizi possibly without the Simlandi/methotrexate. She said she’d put him on prophylactic Bactrim if he were to be on all 3 due to the level of immunosuppression. It makes me…
