Recurring Ileal Bleeding

I am 42 and was diagonsed with CD 20 years ago. Since 2.5 years ago I have undergone 9 bleeding sessions, some with a few units of Hb reduction and some with 7 to 8 units. I have been given 15 packed cells altogether during this time. No specific location of bleeding has been identified with MR enterography, double balloon enteroscopy and CT angiography of abdomen. They are just suspect of the anastomosis–I have 32cm of my ileum resected 10 years ago– but the enteroscope can’t go further up…
