Reversing Fibrosis (Scar Tissue) in Crohn’s Disease

Most antifibrotics are studied for protecting against fibrosis formation, what I’m interested in is reversing it after it’s formed. Specifically, rectal fibrosis that causes strictures. I’m interested in reversing the rectal fibrosis and/or the stricture in the rectum (due to scar tissue).
