Unexplained chronic pain

Hi all. I’ve been dealing with a frustrating situation for several years and wanted to see if anyone here has been through something similar.

Some background: I’m 39, diagnosed with ileal Crohn’s in 2008. GI-wise I’ve been relatively stable — managing with the Specific Carbohydrate Diet and no medication since 2019 (I discontinued azathioprine in 2018).
