Zinc supplements
So after some recent labs, it turns out my zinc level was really low. The last time anyone checked it was TEN YEARS AGO. And it was low then… Anyway doctor says take zinc supplements.
I’ve tried a few and they all mess up my stomach. It seems that all the ones I have found had a pretty high dose, as well. If I can find it would a liquid be better ?
