Antibodies to infliximab

I started infliximab infusions for Crohn’s disease in June. I’ve been getting Renflexis every 8 weeks. It works very well for me until about the 6 week mark. Then my symptoms of diarrhea and abdominal pain start to return and then go away again after my next dose. For my last infusion a couple days ago, they drew a infliximab level before and it showed <1 for the drug level and 59 for the antibody level.
