On methotrexate, calprotectin in “borderline” zone, increasing fatigue, joint and muscle pain, sleep difficulty-flare?

Hi all. I am posting this just to see if anyone has any thoughts on whether this sounds like the beginning of a flare. I have been in remission supposedly since surgery (terminal ileum) in 2012. However, since 2020, I have had fatigue, brain fog, and now rapidly increasing muscle and joint pain in shoulders, neck, arms, elbows, and hips.
